Thank you Allens Plumbing! JP was our plumber and he was kind, attentive, and professional. I could not ask for better. The pricing was a bit steep. We had a blocked line and it cost close to $700.00 dollars to remove a toilet and run a snake. Having the big price for an off hours call was beyond what I consider appropriate. I was happy with the call people, the dispatcher and the plumber. All worked well and we are having more service.

Daniel Corpuz from Allen Plumbing, displayed professionalism and exceptional expertise . Daniel efficiently resolved my clogged bathtub issue, providing clear and informative explanations throughout the process. He demonstrated a high level of respect for my home and worked quickly and cleanly. Not only did he clear the drain, but he also diligently cleaned up all the backed up debris that came from the drain. This level of dedication to service is a testament to the outstanding customer service at Allen Plumbing. I highly recommend Daniel Corpuz and the entire team for their exceptional service.

Every encounter I've had with Allen's Plumbing staff increases the respect and trust I have with this company. The people they send to address my problems really know their stuff, allow me to watch and learn, welcome my questions, and finish the work within the day. I highly recommend becoming a "member." At our old house, JP helped view (via camera) and unclog an outflow line. At our new house, JP replaced all the low toilets with new ADA ones. Chris changed the water filter in the fridge that came with the new house, and helped us replace our water heater. He also set up a timer with an on/off switch to help us save $$. Excellent service every time. Even the folks on the phone are terrific. Kathy, Anna, and Isaiah have been very patient and kind with me. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Allen's Plumbing!

My husband and I are happy customers of Allens Plumbing. Daniel from Allens Plumbing came to Kailua last week to perform a sewer scope for us on a house that we are purchasing. Daniel was well-prepared and arrived with a big smile. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. We walked through the issue and he respectfully described the options and costs, always thinking about the best solution and the lowest expense. The job had a few roadblocks that made it unique. Daniel's problem-solving skills are exemplary, and he found ways to save us money, both on the current job and for the future. Once we determined the best path, he quickly & efficiently handled everything. Plus, we've never seen a plumber so clean and tidy! And to top things off, Daniel was aware that we had a short timeline and worked until late Friday evening---off the clock---to get us a quote for additional work needed. I can't find the words to express how much we are impressed by Daniel. We also need to note that Allen’s office staff---the team that took our phone call to schedule us---was also great to work with. They showed the same polite, knowledgeable and efficient traits that Daniel displayed. We suspect that these traits are embedded in the Allens Plumbing company culture. We will be using Allens Plumbing for all of our future needs and highly recommend them!

Wednesday the leaking shower fixture was at the point I decided it had to be repaired and so I called Allen’s Plumbing because of the good ratings on Yelp and explained what needed to be worked on and they said they would get someone out that day. The employee, Chris showed up late, around 3:30 in the afternoon, which considering he was coming from another job I felt it was acceptable. I showed Chris the work and after a few minutes he said he could not guarantee that he could finish the work that day. We agreed Chris would come back on Friday at 8 in the morning (I called Allen’s plumbing and asked for Chris). I was charged a fee since no work was performed which upset me because it was not explained to me beforehand and Allen’s knew the scope of the work yet still came late in the day. I paid the fee and Chris left. Friday came and Chris showed up a little late, but he got the shower fixed, a sink fixture replacement completed and then fixed an outside faucet that leaked when you were turning on or off but not when in use or turned off. I explained some additional work I wanted performed and contacted Allen’s Plumbing directly and asked for an estimate, still waiting for the estimate. Quality of the work Excellent Appearance of worker Neat uniform for Allen’s Plumbing Knowledge of plumbing Very knowledgeable Cleanup of work area Chris cleaned up the work area before he left. Would I use Allen’s again Yes, however I would make sure of any and all possible cost beforehand. Fair price The cost was high but not much different from others I checked with, plumbers are expensive on Oahu.
